Bought a pair of golf shoes at sports…

Bought a pair of golf shoes at sports direct one shoe cracked,returned to sports direct washington tyne and wear.honrable attitude by sports direct from manager.so decided to contact Callaway golf.they asked if I could return shoes to them.they apologised for the shoes having a problem.and replaced shoes with the latest version of shoes. Exceptional service big thank you Callaway golf will definitely use again.can only give 5 stars should be more👍👍👍👍👍

Built in Obsoletion

I bought my wife a pair of Callaway golf shoes. The Cleats have worn down. She could not find a key to change them and contacted Callaway. To her pleasant surprise they sent her a key and a set of cleats without charge.

However when looking at the cleats on the shoes there is no place for a key.

She contacted them with photos of her shoe bottoms.

They replied that the cleats were non - removable!

These shoes are for the winter so are useless with no grip.

Are they serious that once the cleats wear down you throw the shoes away regardless of the condition of the shoes?

Since had further correspondence. They are serious! I have never seen golf shoes you throw away - other than pimpled ones for the summer

Would Not Recommend

I would never recommend Callaway golf to anyone. It takes forever to get your order. It has been almost 3 months since I placed an order, and I’m still waiting for it. This was a birthday gift which then could have been a Father’s Day gift and then an anniversary gift, but it is still not here. Very disappointed and unhappy customer.

Great product - shame about Customer Service

Great product - shame about the Customer Service.
Unless you buy the clubs off the shop floor - don't bother.
After a Feb demo day, ordered product (driver + 2 woods). Promised for 3 March. Driver arrived mid April, 3 wood mid May and 7 wood 24 June. Absolute shambles. No -one seems to be able to make any sense of what is going on. Commitments worthless.

Callaway has no idea when order will ship

Ordered a hybrid that showed “in stock” on May 18. Followed up after my card was charged because the order was still being processed. Was then told a June 5 availability date. Followed up after that date and was told an August 1 availability date. Obviously Callaway has no idea when they can deliver. I asked for a cancellation and refund. This is great advertisement for Taylor Made!

I would not recommend to buy anything…

I would not recommend to buy anything from Callaway.com. I put an order in for set of Callaway big Bertha in July 2nd 2021 directly on Callaway.com. The site said it will take 1 to 2 weeks to be delivered. It has been almost three months it has not been delivered. Callaway has changed delivery time three times so far now the site say it will be in November before it’s delivered. The funny things is the charged my credit card right after I put the order in most company will charge right before delivery but Callaway doesn’t. The customer service is one of the worst. So far they have promised me Three times a date and so far it hasn’t happened.

Poor Customer Service at both Callaway…

Customer Service at both Callaway preowned and new is horrible to non existent. Nine months ago I purchased three clubs from Callaway preowned 5 days ago my 5 wood shaft broke in the driving range. I called about the warranty and how to ship it back (need a box for the return). I was told it would take 2 weeks to replace the club, I play 2-3 times a week (Fri-Sun). I decided to buy a new club to get it by the weekend. They agreed to refund me for the club once they receive it. Since I need a box I’m waiting for the new club to arrive this week. I immediately orders the club (website said I would get two day shipping for any purchase over $200) . Well it’s five days later and I haven’t received a club, in fact, my order status moved to Backordered which is infuriated since the exact same club is available at several local stores in the area. I’ve called and left messages and sent order feedback, zero response. They did charge my credit card for the club 5 days ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND either Callaway golf website…it’s sad, I think I will be moving to another brand going forward and will tell my story to everyone I golf with. A little customer service would go a long way.

Shocking Customer Services

Hi,

I would 100% not recommend ordering anything from Callaway!

I ordered a set of Callaway Apex Iorns back in May and I am still waiting for them. I understand things take time but I have been unable to get any form of update. I was told 6 weeks from the day I placed my order which was fine but since then nothing which is unacceptable. I work for a BMW Retailer and if I was to treat my customers how Callaway have treated me I wouldn’t have a job!

I have sold my Callaway XR irons on the basis I received my new clubs in the 6 weeks quoted. I have not been able to play golf as I now have no Irons. Paying for a golf membership that I cannot use is also adding to my anger regarding this poor service!

I have been giving a set of Taylormade irons to use by Discount Golf due to the shocking service I have received. However I cannot hit these clubs at all which is a big problem. My golf feels like it’s going backwards and I will not be using these clubs. I played 1 round and it was awful which also made me angry as I have spent a lot of money for my new clubs.

So the question is what is going to be done to sort out this complete shambles??

I hope to hear from someone regarding this shocking experience ASAP but I am not holding my breath!!
